In elegant surroundings designed by Sybille de Margerie, blue, ochre and mahogany stripes are mixed with different types of cloth and with Philippe Starck furniture… The atmosphere is cosy even if it is a bit “trendy”, there is space between the tables, the seats are comfortable and rounded. You now have the right tone for a lunch as a couple or … a business dinner in all friendliness with no rush. When the weather allows, you can enjoy the splendid and very popular terrace with teak furniture and surrounded by trees.
Michel Hache is really the man for the job when it comes to orchestrating the work in the kitchens, creating an adapted kind of cuisine. The Chef, originally from the Corrèze region, can really express the talent that was already noticed during his time at the “Ecole du Cordon Bleu” where he used to be a teacher. In the kitchens of “L’Excuse”, he learnt to master a cuisine of tradition and when arriving at the helm of the 16 Haussmann, he can finally fully express his creativity, to be enjoyed by a crowd of regulars.
