The man in charge has travelled from Germany to the Caribbean, from Provence to the United States. In the islands he discovered different flavours and he brought back little touches: “I remember the scents, I discovered exotic flavours, ginger, vanilla, mango... My cuisine changed.” Back in his region of origin, he is now careful to bring his guests traditional cuisine with some new touches, and everyone is delighted.
