He was taught by the greatest Chefs of his time, Lucas Carton, Jean Bardet or Faugeron, and he now composes a traditional kind of French cuisine, light and full of flavours, at L’Alchimiste.
The restaurant is truly friendly, and one is so much at ease here that it almost feels like being invited into someone’s home. The happy few visiting this neighbourhood restaurant – always full - will get excellent and very attentionate service from Alexandre.
The décor is very light, all wood and coral coloured walls, with modern paintings to define space, everything here combines perfectly for you to enjoy a wonderful evening and bring home unforgettable memories.
