This little gourmet paradise is a famous place in town and it has been welcoming those who love gourmet cuisine since 2000. Nice volumes here, space between tables, the tables are nicely set for business meal, family luncheons or dinners, La Galinette* really offers an ideal and warm space. The ambiance here is a bourgeois with moldings, but it is also elegant and relaxed with modern furniture inviting you to relax. The Bordeaux and linen colours do of course contribute to that! Each guest entering this relaxing place of gourmet cuisine is charmed! And it is in this décor that Chef Christophe Come operates, leading his team with passion, creating a young and tempting menu that regularly changes. First in his class, this Chef goes to the capital to work there with great Chefs and at 23, thanks to a lot of work and passion, he becomes second Chef at Bristol. He loves his native region though and decides to go back to Perpignan in order to do what he does best: gourmet cuisine. He loves nature, his region and he decides to innovate, to offer a personal and creative cuisine. He uses products from local producers, original products, from the land or the sea, and with that Christophe Comes works his magic. His little secret? A vegetable garden where he grows forgotten vegetables! He has more than one surprise in store for you... For ideal gourmet guests, he offers a menu according to the season and to the guests’ wishes, for everybody’s satisfaction.
