From father to son, the Chefs of this Inn carry on tradition, a tradition of regional and innovative cuisine. Christian and Thomas Millo work together here, with products of the region and for gourmets’ greatest pleasure. They clearly have their roots here but are of course open to the world and offer a cuisine that subtly blends local flavours and experiments from elsewhere!
