At the heart of the Medieval village of Peillon, l’Auberge de la Madone is home to a refined gourmet restaurant, l’Authentique*.
The whole place is so close to the cliffs that you have to take typical and windy roads to access this little paradise on earth... This family cocoon is located in a park, where orchards and olive groves hold the promise of exquisite Southern scents. It is a peaceful haven where you will no doubt enjoy a stop. A quiet place,, a relaxing one, where stones heated by the sun smell of the Mediterranean, and guests are invited to stroll, to dream and to taste... The journey for your senses goes on when you enter the reception area where you will find a large fire place telling the story of this family home. A team is ready to welcome all types of gourmets in simple settings and Southern colours. Red, orange and other warm hues announce the warmth of dishes to be served. In the Provence style dining room or on the flowery terrace overlooking the pretty little village, you will find the place that suits you best for your business meal or your family reunion. From father to son, the Chefs of this Inn carry on tradition, a tradition of regional and innovative cuisine. Christian and Thomas Millo work together here, with products of the region and for gourmets’ greatest pleasure. They clearly have their roots here but are of course open to the world and offer a cuisine that subtly blends local flavours and experiments from elsewhere!
With the ideal gourmet menu, our master take their guests on a journey according to the season, between earth and sky, with a beautiful tasting menu!
