The décor is really creative. Light is one of the key elements in it. It is subtly measured, it glides with style on the modern furniture, on the cutlery with its long shapes, it really presents the colours in the best way, with red water glasses, born of Venetian magic... This place is really a warm shrine of sorts, decorated with simple and sure taste. The modern and sober terrace harmoniously opens up to the surrounding nature.
Franck Putelat’s cuisine is modern, dynamic and creative. You will find a rigorous know how here, acquired through years of learning with the greatest Chefs, more specifically with Blanc in Vonnas, cuisine is an innate passion for our Chef and it has grown stronger with the passing of years. Local products are really well selected, paid tribute to by a masterly hand playing with tastes, textures, colours, to offer the best possible dishes, taste wise but also from a visual point of view. Please know that Putelat always respects the seasons, to offer dishes that are in full harmony with nature.
