It is in Douvain, in the Chilly Castle to be precise, that restaurant Ô Flaveurs has decided to settle down and shine with talent.
The building dates all the way back to the 15th century, and you will be impressed by it from far away... And even though it is impressive from the outside, the décor is oh so sober in the dining room. The castle has been modernized, it is now warm and delicate. You will find some remains of way back when here, like the nice and colourful armchairs, along with some more modern touches, little decoration items, colourful touches, the table cloths, all these details that give a place its personality. Jérôme Mamet’s cuisine is discreet and refined. It pays tribute to the best products of the region, and that is where the inspiration is found as well, day after day... There a lot of passion, a lot of inventiveness in our Chef’s work, he works with raw material and makes it a refined composition without ever doing too much either. The surprise will be there, that is the establishment’s policy! Ô Flaveurs is a special restaurant, mixing ancient history, well controlled modernity and creative craze. In sober and elegant settings, let yourself be tempted by the ideal gourmet tasting menu, composed especially for you.
