La Maison du Terroir is located in Maury, between sea and mountains and it offers exceptional settings, close to Cathar castles and to the Galamus gorges. Pascal Borrell is originally a biochemist and one day he decided to change paths and follow his own star: cuisine. He is a compagnon du Tour de France, originally from Perpignan and he has worked with the greatest Chefs across the country. In 2005 he comes back home to share a cuisine where excellence is really a key word. Each day, each season, the Chef offers exceptional products that he works on with his usual passion, for the demanding taste buds’ greatest pleasure.
