At the heart of Provence, between Alpilles and Lubéron, the town of Paluds de Noves is home to a house with Southern colours and flavours to it : La Maison de Bournissac*.
It is located on a hill not far from Avignon, and this establishment is truly a magical place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying la dolce vita! Guests are warmly welcomed here, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in a sunny, typically Southern atmosphere. The large dining room boasts simple yet sophisticated décors. Beams and floor are in perfect harmony with the white walls and the refined tables where white and grey are the colours illuminating your gourmet plates. The patio is subtly protected by a fig tree and the terrace offers a pleasant view of the green garden and the pool. Three places that are perfect for a family reunion, a business meal or a romantic dinner. And why not end your meal with a cup of coffee that you can enjoy by the old oak tree? Christian Peyre is a star decorated Chef, he learnt his trade at Hiély before settling here in this idyllic place where gourmet cuisine is key. He is in love with his region and with the South in general, he passionately works with fresh products and his dishes boast revisited Mediterranean flavours, the result is a true success! The service is attentive here and the artist in the kitchen also thinks it is important to present the dishes in the right way, where colours, shapes and flavours are harmoniously mixed.
Thanks to the ideal gourmet menu changing according to the season and the market, gourmets will enjoy refined cuisine here, always precise and in harmony!
