Inside the countryside clearly has its place with a country like décor that is really charming. Visible stones, beams and furniture dating back to way back when, country like and elegant at the same time... You will feel at home here in a nice Southern house at the heart of its village, close to the central place with its large trees, close to the boule field. An idyllic picture really, with a shady terrace, charming rooms and a delicately decorated interior.
Daniel Ettlinger’s cuisine – he was taught at prestigious Guy Savoy’s among others – is a cuisine of products, made from what the Chef finds at local markets daily. Dishes are generous, full of scents and flavours... What Daniel really enjoys is paying tribute to his products of fine quality, that you will only find at the best producers’, and then turning the product into a final dish that is full of flavours. Of course his restaurant has become the place to be on the Côte d’Azur...
So enter this house where joie de vivre really is key. In an elegant and country like décor you will be welcomed with smiles and friendliness into a generous establishment. Ideal gourmet left it to the Chef to compose a tasting menu “back from the market”, it will be renewed according to what the Chef finds and it will no doubt appeal to your gourmet heart!
