When you enter Stella Maris*, you will discover a place that is very sober, deliciously modern. The dining room is all in beige colours, delicately lit up by the large glass roof. Discreet paintings, orchids, everything contributes to giving this restaurant elegant looks. The mezzanine is of Art Déco inspiration, offering a zen and minimalist ambiance. Banquets, business meals, romantic dinners, they all have their place here in this sober and discreet place. The décor is even in visual harmony with what is on your plate! Everyone will enjoy the smiling, efficient and precise service here! The Chef here is Japanese, and Tateru Yoshino got his interest for French cuisine at a very early age. With his aunt, he gets an introduction to flavours from the West. He then leaves his country to come work his art with great names like Joël Robuchon, Troisgros or Taillevent. In spite of his origins, he really offers cuisine that is 100% French, with of course some original touches. Between land and sea, the Chef is passionate about working his products, and flavours here are really at the core. Harmonious, refined, precise, Tateru Yoshino’s cuisine is resolutely modern as well.
