When you enter l’Epuisette, you will be charmed by the décor, mixing simplicity and refinement perfectly. In the large dining room, with its beautiful natural light brought by the sea and the sky, couples can enjoy a truly unique moment. Islands are beautifully reflected in the large mirror, the Venetian vases give a colourful touch. Banquets and business meals are also very welcome in this poetic and subtle hide away. After having gained his experience with the greatest Chefs, Guillaume Sourrieu decided to settle here, at the heart of Marseille, to practice his art. Tradition means the same as inventiveness here, and the Chef really puts everything he has into offering a quality cuisine that is full of flavours. The Mediterranean is not far, and each dish pays tribute to southern cuisine. But he also likes creating with products from other French regions. Between land and sea, he puts his heart and his soul in each creation.
