Very close to the Southern Lubéron region, L’Olivier welcomes you in a very warm décor and atmosphere. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a subtle mix of modernity and tradition, with the luxury of a terrace, a magnificent pool, a green park and a large hotel, allowing you to taste the pleasures of this paradise for a while longer.
The gourmet cuisine is supervised by Christophe Hairabian, member of the “Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe” association, who totally trusts Thierry Adami when it comes to the composition of the dishes, all in Southern accents. You will get a touch of Corsica here, the Chef being a native of the island, a subtle mix in an ideal gourmet menu full of flavours and very original.
This terrace bathed in sunlight is a pleasure for the eyes, even more so as it is close to a pool with translucent waters. The cuisine will please even the most demanding taste buds, let yourself be charmed!
