It is miles away from the traditional Inns you find plenty of in the region and the couple decided to be innovative, opening a restaurant that is both modern and creative. And that choice is clearly visible in the very modern and refined dining room. The atmosphere is clearly a modern and friendly one, you are here in a dining room that is decorated with taste and where chocolate and cream colours dominate, along with new kinds of materials, like silver and steel. And to those choices in terms of décor, one can add a very serious work done in terms of lighting: original and delicate lamps contribute to creating a subdued and warm atmosphere, having the place breathe of a very modern loft spirit.
The Chef, Stéphane Robinne, will also want to surprise and charm you. He learned his art with Christian Courant and Alain Dutournier and from that period he still has a pronounced taste for perfectionism and innovation. His know how is truly impressive and Stéphane will prove that you can make simple and delicious things as long as the products are of perfect quality. With that as a basis his compositions are fresh and generous, inspired by the market that he can visit as a connoisseur. Without doing too much, far away from creative frenzies you will find in the now so famous "cuisine nouvelle", these are dishes full of sunshine and of flavours, a discreet tribute to the origins of our Chef, the Franc Comté region.
