For four generations now, the Boulanger family has ensured the success of « La Belle Vue ». It has become more than just a good address; it has become a rendezvous for all amateurs of authentic cuisine. Businessmen, connoisseur tourists and regulars are all to be found here in a mountain-style yet modern décor, light and friendly. The restaurant is a bit isolated but very often full and you have to get a reservation in order to enjoy the nice terrace and the unforgettable view.
Marc Koeniguer’s cuisine is very close to the nature surrounding the place. The dishes follow the rhythm of the seasons, while all the different flavours of plants, vegetables and herbs come from the Vosges mountains. Doe, poultry, pork and salmon meet berries from our forests, season vegetables and herbs. Koeniguer’s cuisine is reasonable, staying away from what’s fashionable, inventive in a deliciously traditional way.
