His cuisine is well thought through, from the words used to the flavours, it is an ode to delicacy and subtlety. This daring Chef wants to appeal to all your senses, and his compositions are a feast for all your senses. To add to all this, the establishment’s wine menu is more of a book, with a very large choice of wine and champagne.
