Régis Lecomte, back home after several years working in some big restaurants in Paris, has chosen truly country-like surroundings, combining them with the looks of a traditional Norman half-timbered house.
The Chef, now in perfect harmony with his origins, is creative and modern; he knows how to develop traditional cuisine and show it at its best, adding some Paris accents and some Southern accents to his now famous local style.
