Created by someone who used to work at the Diable des Lombards, this establishment was created in the 9th district a year and a half ago, but there was not enough space there and after a while the place moved to Châtelet, in modern buildings with a discreet electro touch. The décor is a reflection of the establishment itself, sober, measured, elegant. The ambiance is relaxed and trendy, and the welcome just like the personnel, is incredibly pleasant.
The cuisine is inventive and aesthetic, a pleasure for your eyes, a surprise for your taste buds. Simple, refreshing, full of imagination and of new ideas, this cuisine is not pretending to be something else, it just wants to please guests. The spirit is friendly, of quality and of talent, and all ingredients are there for a friendly dinner full of flavours. You cannot be disappointed!
The Bar à Manger has found its new home in a neighbourhood that is full of night life, with its sober and elegant décor, its quality kind of nouvelle cuisine, the recipe for success has not changed a bit, no more than the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and the smiling and simple welcome.
