From the interior with its warm colours you will truly get a feeling of warmth. He is very fond of a kind of cuisine that will make a difference thanks to modern and daring compositions; this Chef’s talent is recognized by every guide book there is and he offers you a gourmet journey that you are not about to forget. His dishes are enticing, melting, full of flavours, light, you will never run out of adjectives to describe them, Michel Mahé is opening up his secret garden through them. He is particularly interested in the treasures of the sea and prepares a modern cuisine with regional products as his basis, products that come directly from the fishermen themselves. His cuisine is back to basics but also a big step towards the cuisine of tomorrow, Michel’s work is in between tendencies and he is very good at mixing the two!
