Christophe Recouvreur has started working with the young, daring and malicious Chef who made this nice little restaurant famous almost three years ago.
Here we find a simple kind of cuisine, modern and tasteful. Nicolas Angebault has long worked in the shadow of a « meilleur ouvrier de France » in Brittany and he has certainly taught him to appreciate the products from the sea and to do a talented work with them.
La Dinée receives its products every day from a Breton fisherman located in the Côtes d’Armor; they are well chosen, of exceptional quality and as fresh as they can get. And it gets even better than that: this young talented Chef makes all the efforts he can to adapt his daily suggestions to these products fresh from the market.
If you combine all that with a very lively place, ochre colours, and all the space needed to enjoy good cuisine, and last but not least the discreet and agreeable service of Marie-Ange, you end up with a perfect solution, be it for a business dinner or a romantic moment...
The result is surprising and the ideal gourmet menu is a true success, not only because the dishes are excellent but also because the suggestions are always fresh and spontaneous.
