The establishment is hidden in a very green two hectare park, and the building is full of personality. Everything is stone and ivy, and the historic charm of the building itself cannot be denied. The décor is sober and warm, in fact it is country like but very well thought through, with visible beams and wood panels, comfortable rooms in warm tones. The love of the Landes region and of its traditions goes all the way to the plates, the establishment offers dishes that are full of flavours and in generous servings, the products are exceptionally fresh and all from the region, chosen with care.
