After having left La Terrasse in Juan les Pins where the careful work of this man was crowned by two stars in the Michelin guide, Monsieur Morisset now opens up his own establishment. We certainly are happy about it! Taking over La Jarre is a challenge, the chef wants to give the place his own personal touch. He says it: “I will be facing a challenge. A lot of people want my cuisine and I’m ready to please them, I will use the technique I know and I am confident”. The restaurant is completely renovated, the décor is redone with taste, this is really a most welcome idea. The interior offers a bar and lounge space, the dominating atmosphere is in black tones for the seats, with taupe colours for the wall. Antibes can now really be proud of this restaurant called Le Figuier de Saint Esprit, so called because of the 40 year old fig tree that you will find in the patio. Ideal gourmet offers you to discover this new place thanks to a menu where the Chef’s specialties are presented.
