In the kitchen we find a Chef who used to work on board the Jeanne d’Arc, in charge of the captain’s meals, and who is now happy to offer authentic and traditional cuisine, making regional products key in his creations, while also being good at working with products from the sea. The Chef is a farmer’s son and his cuisine thus took a natural orientation... You will discover extremely carefully chosen products here, for your tastebuds’ greatest pleasure. Nothing is lacking in this establishment and it’s not for nothing it has been favourite with everyone for over 20 years!
