At the very heart of the typical Provencal village of Eygalières, this restaurant can be found between the walls of a 17th-century building. The majestic palm trees bear witness to the history of the setting. Somewhere between tradition and modern times, let us take you on an enchanting journey... The decor, which is both classical and elegant, is crowned by beautiful open fire, which crackles blissfully throughout the winter. On beautiful spring and summer days, our guests can meet in the charming courtyard, under the cool shade of the ancient palm trees which give their name to this intimate little restaurant. In the kitchen, our Chef prepares modern cuisine which takes its inspiration from the great classics of Provencal cooking, with a few of the flavours of elsewhere blended deliciously into regional dishes. Your senses will be delighted by this marriage of tastes and flavours. Chef's cooking is not static and he prefers to follow the rhythm of the seasons. The menu changes every month, to the delight of our gourmet guests.
