Brasserie Flo opened in the middle of the 19th century and there are still memories of times long gone lingering in the walls here...
It was first Brasserie Hans, and at that time the establishment honoured German and Alsatian brasseries, charming Parisians when it first opened in the capital ! Actress Sarah Bernhardt used to perform close by and she even had her meals delivered! And then in 1909, a certain Mr Floderer takes over, giving the place his name. Located on the far end of a nice paved courtyard, the restaurant is charming and authentic! On the inside, you will discover frescoes, coloured window panes, woodwork, leather couches. The subdued lighting plays with the numerous mirrors and the atmosphere is both subdued and warm. Everybody feels at home at Brasserie Flo. Groups, family banquets, seminars, all are welcome here and welcomed with a true sense of professionalism, nice service, in the private dining rooms too. In the kitchen, the Chef and his team compose a cuisine that truly reflects the place itself: generous, full of flavours and scents. From traditional dishes to more creative notes, taste buds will find all they can possibly be looking for at Brasserie Flo.
