In former apartments, the owners have chosen to settle and the dining rooms are presented on three different levels. But the impression is really of one unit, created thanks to a feng shui décor. Zen and relaxing atmosphere, everyone will feel well here, far away from the bustle of the city. Time has stopped here, the moment is truly magic. Before settling down around one of the tables, why not enjoy the inventive smoothie bar? You can compose your own drink, surprises guaranteed! On the lower level, the private dining room offers a very cosy ambiance, perfect for business dinners, family banquets or a night out with friends. The owner is dynamic and very pleasant and is always present for each one of the guests. In the kitchen, the Chef composes gourmet dishes that are truly modern. Full of flavours, generous, the cuisine at Skate Eat is a precious mix of authenticity and know how from elsewhere. One point is extremely important for the Chef: respect the natural nutrients in each ingredient. To obtain the best results, everything is woked, steam cooked or a la plancha.
