This little charming restaurant welcomes you to its privileged world where everything seems calm. The décor is rather simple in its form, and you will no doubt enjoy the colour mixes created by Valérie Charrin and Antony Arnould. You will probably feel like at home in this rather daring dining room, mixing immaculate chalk white with the warm colours of visible wood and paintings in vivid colours. And should you feel a bit like somewhere else in this décor where extremes meet, it is probably because of the Québec influences to be found everywhere in the restaurant – a country both Valérie and Antony love.
Québec is also to be found in Antony’s cuisine; his compositions are a sweet mix between Southern French traditions and Canadian influences. Between souvenirs from Québec and a menu inspired by the local market, you will no doubt be charmed by the flavours of a Chef who is afraid of nothing, of no mixes. His cuisine is a hybrid, very tasty and subtle, surprising as well and a pleasure for all gourmets.
