It is a place of family tradition since two brothers, Albert and Michel Roux, opened this embassy of French cuisine a long time ago; Michel Roux junior then took over in the kitchen 15 years ago.
And that is how the true magic of the place is revealed; in a magnificent and classic décor, reminding of a very British « club », Michel is a master at his trade, he composes very high level cuisine. He went to the best schools, worked at the French President’s residence, even worked with master Alain Chapel... He now passionately orchestrates an inventive kind of cuisine, fresh, new, always respectful of french traditions but adapting them to modern times. He lives in constant pursuit of perfection and the freshness of products.
