The Chef, Jean-Pierre Clarigo, has worked in well known and excellent restaurants before, in Corsica but also in Tours with Jean Bardet. He has just taken over this little restaurant in Le Mans, with an excellent reputation.
It follows the change of seasons, mixing tradition with modern touches, and its quality convinces new guests every day.
