Located on its little hill, the Moulin de la Galette welcomes you into a mythical world, made famous by the greatest painters, from Renoir to Van Gogh, not forgetting Toulouse Lautrec and Picasso, and now you can also enjoy a gourmet moment in exceptional settings.
This one is the only survivor among the 30 windmills that used to be located on the hill, used for wheat and flowers, for grapes or for building material. This ensemble is composed of two mills, the Blute-fin and the Radet. After becoming the famous “bal du Moulin de la Galette” and having seen the most famous dancers of the 19th century, La Goulue being the most famous, it has now become a beautiful restaurant, well known in the area. The décor is now resolutely modern and warm, with mirrors and a contrast between the warm red of the walls and dark blue beneath. Serenity and intimacy inside, freshness and shade outside on the terrace as soon as the weather allows.
And the magic goes on in your plates: at the helm of this prestigious establishment we find a man of talent and conviction, Antoine Heerah who is also famous for being the Chef at Le Chamarré, a restaurant with a star in the Michelin guide. He leaves nothing to chance, and certainly not the satisfaction of his guests. The spirit here is more innovative, more typically Paris than at Le Chamarré, the Moulin being more of a chic bistro, modern style, not really a gourmet institution even a non traditional one. And what is on the program? A kind of cuisine following the rhythm of the seasons, inventive, inspired, made out of refined quality products, searching for creativity and new pleasures… Satisfaction guaranteed!
Mythical place, magic cuisine, exceptional settings, you will be able to enjoy the essence of Paris minutes away from the Sacré Cœur. This menu is a promise of intense and surprising moments, and ideal gourmet will no doubt keep it!
