With twenty years of experience, she now handles all flavours from the sea with the same talent. And one thing is for sure, you’d better be somewhat of a sailor to taste all her specialties, from monkfish to turbot not forgetting all kinds of seafood, carefully selected. Their natural flavours are only enhanced by her exceptional know-how.
