Sylvain Nowak has chosen the settings of a former postal relay for his luminous country inn. The atmosphere is warm and will directly charm any visitor who decides to visit this haven of gourmet cuisine. Apparent beams, pastel colours contributing to the light character of the dining room, central fire place and large windows, nothing is lacking here where joie de vivre and friendliness are key words. As soon as the weather allows, you will be able to enjoy the magnificent terrace where hundred year old trees give you shade. The whole process here is taking place under the kind supervision and with the kind attentions of Marie who makes this little world turn and who will welcome you upon arrival.
Sylvain Nowak’s cuisine follows the same relaxed and warm spirit as the rest of the place. He offers you to discover, through refined and tasteful compositions, a country, smels, a unique spirit. He was born near Paris, taught in Mirepoix in the Ariège region and is no doubt a talented Chef who has managed to make his the products of the Sud Ouest region, through a classic cuisine of the seasons with very nice tastes of Provence to it. Sylvain works far from the influences of trendy Parisian places, far from cuisine fashion, he works on natural flavours with three basic elements: product, cooking time and technique. How could you possibly describe the crispy salads, melting foie gras or the delicate flavours of his veal compositions ? Each dish is a feast for your taste buds that no one could possibly resist...
