Sylvain Nowak’s cuisine follows the same relaxed and warm spirit as the rest of the place. He offers you to discover, through refined and tasteful compositions, a country, smels, a unique spirit. He was born near Paris, taught in Mirepoix in the Ariège region and is no doubt a talented Chef who has managed to make his the products of the Sud Ouest region, through a classic cuisine of the seasons with very nice tastes of Provence to it. Sylvain works far from the influences of trendy Parisian places, far from cuisine fashion, he works on natural flavours with three basic elements: product, cooking time and technique.
