Michel’s cuisine is the other pleasant surprise of this charming restaurant. He has worked in the restaurant business for 24 years, has been in Meaux for 8, one can really say that this passionate Chef knows his business. He completely trusts his inventive instincts and he composes a truly surprising cuisine. Light is a keyword to describe his art, his compositions are always well thought through and well presented. His instinct is not his only inspiration, he gets ideas from his contacts with others as well; the menu changes on a regular basis and it only gets richer thanks to the advice and influences he comes across.
The place is warm, it is meant for enjoying the good things of life. This restaurant is in fact ideal for an introduction to the world of gourmet cuisine that sometimes seems so complicated; it breathes of simplicity and authenticity, it is an open and welcoming place.
