Christophe Lunais, Chef and host, built his experience in England and in Paris, with Hélène Darroze – two star Chef – at the Alcazar, at the Terrasses du Palais. A very constructive journey, teaching him to define his vision of a restaurant: quality, respect and a warm welcome.

The menu composed by the Chef for ideal gourmet is a festival of flavours; we especially liked the sauté sea scallops and the wild boar stew, not to be missed when it is season for it!
