The Chef, Stephan Demichelis, is the region’s golden boy. Educated among others in Tarridec’s** and Chibois’ kitchens, he offers a talented cuisine, very daring and full of flavours. Surrounded by a very nice team, Elena Demichelis, with her sweet Greek accent, knows how to guide undecisive guests through their choices in the menu, or the choice of the best table.
Carefully composed by the Chef for ideal gourmet, the menu is inspired by his region of origin, mixed with exotic tones found during his various travels.
