Alain Dutournier is the star decorated Chef of the famous Carré des Feuillants, and he chose to create his new address a few minutes away from Place Vendôme!
He is a truly innovative Chef, creating a little gourmet revolution and he is rather proud of it! Pinxo is a charming concept, it is that of curious people who like to “pintch”, that is get something, grab something from their plate in the language of the Aquitaine region. Grab new sensations in this case... Of course the products are excellent, the seasons are respected and friendliness is as always Alain Dutournier’s trademark. You will find all this under the lead of Fabrice Dubos who is from Auch in the Gers region. So be prepared to open your eyes and get your taste buds ready, all senses have to be awake for this new and very interesting experience.As for the décor, the interior architecture of Plazza Vendôme hotel was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, working with Alberto Bali for the restaurant part. The tables are of wood and black stone, the chairs with black leather give an elegant note to this chic dining room with studied light and wooden floors. A higher table in black stone from Zimbabwe allows 12 customers to sit on comfortable stools, facing the cooks who will serve oval plates of white porcelain. This is clearly an idea for business meals where you want exchanges to take place, or a moment among friends. Fabrice has composed a discovery menu of this surprising and charming cuisine for ideal gourmet guests. You will feel trust after the first few bites and everyone will no doubt comment on this different way of dining in a restaurant.
