Ideal gourmet likes the idea of you discovering hidden places that are not so well known, addresses where tradition, quality and originality are all present. Well, this is clearly one of them! You can come here while visiting Morlaix, Roscoff, Carantec and St Pol de Léon… This is a very Breton village where you can enjoy the Kreisker chapel and seize the opportunity of having an excellent meal. And from that moment on, do not change anything. You will meet Saf, the queen of the place with her large smile and sparkling eyes. You will be dazzled by the magic here! This charming hostess will no doubt be able to show you the authenticity of the place, inspired by her African origins. She composes a rhythmic melody but does of course not take over the place. There are beautiful tables, elegantly
set close to the fire place, nicely decorated with very welcome initiatives for the curious, the gourmet, the child we will soon become again with the slates that are put out as table decoration, with chalk and sponge not far off. Saf does not leave anything to chance and in this little village you will no doubt be surprised
to see superb crockery and decoration items. The fire place is large and impressive, it gave us heat yesterday, it continues to give it today and will certainly do so tomorrow. There are two separate dining rooms that can be used for your family receptions, your business meals and of course for your romantic dinners! As for
the cuisine, well Yannick le Beaudour is in charge of it. Saf was able to convince this tumultuous Chef to stay in St Pol! He used to work on board large ships, hired by ship owners, and the world of the sea is no doubt going to regret him! Now he is not sailing the seven seas anymore, he has taken exotic spices with him, along with surprising colours that will no doubt charm you.
