It is of course with great pleasure and interest that ideal gourmet presents this pretty little Breton Inn.
Located not far from Guingamp, the access is not easy with hilly roads but in the end a very pleasant private car park for your vehicle. The only neighbour here is a very green park with lots of flowers when the season is right, and with a few ponies. La Boissière offers guests the privilege of a relaxing stop, it will no doubt give you new strength! If the weather allows you can have lunch on the terrace or dine in the garden. Otherwise you will have the pleasure of discovering a typically Breton house where a pretty table will be set for you. There is a lot of space and numerous alcoves in the dining room on the ground floor. It is richly decorated with a few traditional elements of décor here and there. The place is friendly, the atmosphere subdued and the private dining rooms on the first floor are perfect for family gatherings or business meals. Véronique will be your hostess here. She welcomes you with smiles and simplicity, just like at home. She will take care of her guests
but leaves the cuisine to here husband who will no doubt surprise them. Thomas has been lucky enough to meet great Chefs and work with them, like Patrick Jeffroy in Carantec or Michel Rostang in Paris. Back in his region, this attentive Chef who is also very respectful of traditions composes an open and authentic kind of cuisine, with a touch of innovation and creation. who gives excellent advice, easily shared. The ideal gourmet menu was composed especially for you, it is an ode to specialties of the house and products of the season, game and market products are also on the program.
