Menton Bay is proud to present a new and prestigious gourmet establishment, the Mirazur. It used to be in the expert hands of Jacques Chibois, it now gets a new life and becomes the regional restaurant everybody is talking about.
Mauro Colagreco says: "my cuisine is creative and it respects the freshness of a product". That does not really come as a surprise when we know how much this Italian-Argentinian Chef liked his time at Alain Passard's L'Arpège… That restaurant is probably his reference but he has also worked at Le Grand Véfour and with Bernard Loiseau. His light and sober cuisine bears witness to all these experiences.
As for the décor and the location, the Mirazur enjoys a unique view on Menton Bay. The terrace has a perfect view of the sea and palm trees. Nice private dining room… The atmosphere is fluid, the décor sober, nothing is left to chance. This pleasant table is attentionate at any moment, as much in the service as in the welcome. The choice of crockery is close to perfection as well… The Italian touch is really present as much in the kitchen as in the dining room and we certainly won't complain about it! This is an address you should not miss, it offers all a gourmet could wish for thanks to an ideal gourmet menu that was composed specially by the Chef with compositions of the moment.
