Le Mesnil is now in for a second youth thanks to the very much awaited arrival of a young talented Chef. Cédric Boulhaut has learnt his trade at la Maison du Champagne in Beaumont and he then spends 10 years in the very respectable Foch restaurant in Reims. That is a great period during which this young passionate Chef discovers his talents and develops a very specific attention to good products. Meat of French origin, fish and shellfish are carefully selected and prepared according to the mood of an inventive Chef but he always respects the classic basics. Everybody is happy that he has chosen this beautiful place to welcome us and make demanding locals happy, along with connoisseur tourists who will know that it is clearly worth a little stop. In the dining room the charming hostess will take care of all your needs and she always pays great attention to each table. It is all the more important since our hostess is also of the gourmet trade, and she is more than willing to describe and explain compositions that she often contributed to creating. The décor is nice, a mix of fabric and beautiful objects, nothing is left to chance and of course the guests are all the happier for it.
