In the Langres region, between Champagne and Burgundy, l’Auberge des Voiliers is located across from the beautiful Liez Lake.

The dining room features air conditioning, the veranda is protected from the wind if it blows too hard and the chimney is there to spread pleasant heat if that is necessary. And the little marvel at l’Auberge is the terrace with a view overlooking the lake and the medieval town of Langres. You can sit there in mild sunshine or under the shade of a parasol. You can also organize banquets here, for a seminar or a business meeting, in private dining rooms that can be reserved upon demand. The interior is truly unique, with a wall painting that is colourful and happy. The Chef, Joël Bourrier, is really a master of traditional and regional cuisine. He is excellent at playing with flavours and offers dishes that are excellent and very varied.
