As for the cuisine, our Chef, Pascal Favre d’Anne, was taught by Marc Veyrat among others... He is now a Gault Millau Young Talent, offers a nice cuisine of good quality, he reinvents, innovates, knows how to respect traditions while adding his passionate touch.
