Ideally located on the banks of the famous and beautiful Annecy lake, the Auberge de Letraz is home to a famous establishment: Bernard Collon.
The altitude of the lake, 440 meters above sea level, may surprise you, but tourists, gourmets and connoisseurs are most of all surprised when they stop in this beautiful Savoie restaurant, and positively so.
What else is there to say about a flowery and beautiful chalet? An adventure will start for you as soon as you open the door and enter the well lit reception area and it continues with music in the background in this very British style bar. You will have a truly delicious moment as a gourmet here. The décor of the dining room is a show for your eyes, a refined décor, large windows bathing the dining room in pleasant natural light. There is a dazzling view overlooking the lake, and the pool is just perfect! There are numerous reception areas for seminars or family gatherings.
Bernard Collon is a member of the famous Prosper Montagné Club and he knows the association’s motto: you can make good food only with excellent ingredients. This inventive and talented Chef is Maître Cuisinier de France, he mixes traditional cuisine with modern touches. The ideal gourmet menu was composed especially for this occasion, he presents his favourite themes here along with very seasonal creations. The traditional products of the region are mixed with others, to please even the most curious gourmet. We want the adventure to go on and Mr Collon plays along, he wants us to discover and like this mountain style cuisine that is truly superb.
