La Résidence

Le Val d'Ajol is located at the heart of the Vosges forest, in the Southern part of the mountains, and it's a green spot famous for exceptional scenery and its numerous hiking tracks.
Close to the village you will find a charming place called la Résidence, in unique natural surroundings. Located in a 2 hectare park, in a house dating back to the 19th century, La Résidence offers tennis courts and a beautiful private pool. This hotel complex offers guests all the comfort they can expect, with a beautiful view overlooking the Vosges moutains. The décor of the dining room is in happy tones, yet relaxing for your eyes, the atmosphere is pleasant. A central fire place gives the dining room some extra light if it should be needed in the wintertime. La Résidence can welcome couples out for dinner as well as groups for banquets or business meetings. When the weather allows guests can enjoy the terrace, having their meal in the shade of century old trees, while listening to birds' song. Let's move to the cuisine part, with our Chef who was recently named Gault Millau Young Talent, and very rightly so. His work is really that of a very serious professional. He is passionate, offering regional and typical cuisine. His compositions are starting to be famous in the region, and in the ideal gourmet menu he offers some of his favourites, according to the season and the market of course, at a very nice price too.
