L'Auberge de la Charme

About fifteen kilometres from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy Dukes, l’Auberge de la Charme chose to settle down in the charming town of Prenois.
The reputation of the place is already well established and a number of travellers stop here, in this little village of the Ouch valley, to discover and try this magical place out. The exterior is that of a pretty Inn, comfortable and cosy. When you have passed through the elegant entrance, the intimate and pleasant dining room opens up in front of you, with a modern refined décor. We can note that it is luminous, warm and welcoming tones are key, while the walls are still of original stone, traditional for this region.

The Chef used to work at Château de Curzay in the Vienne region, he is really famous in his profession. His talent is now more mature, he works in his own walls in order to better express his passion. Nicolas Isnard has got an excellent reputation. He was recently named Gault Millau Young Talent, makes surprising cuisine, full of flavours and the ideal gourmet menu is there to reflect his best creations.
