There is also a very pleasant private dining room, perfect for a quiet moment when you are having a business meal or a family banquet. In the dining room the tables are superb, welcoming couples for a proposal maybe... Of course the cuisine is what made the place's reputation and it is well advised to book in advanc'e. The team of the dining room works under the supervision of Mr André, their welcome and service are discreet and attentive. In the kitchen we find Bruno Haeyaert, and he is here to present you with all the specialties of the Périgord region. The dish are composed under the impulsion of a man who likes what is new, he revisist his creations on a regular basis, the creative touch is always present as well. The ideal gourmet menu was specially composed by the Chef, according to the seasons and it perfectly complements the permanent menu. A gourmet moment at Le Sarladais is really a gourmet stop, and the Chef does not belong to the famous Prosper Montagné club for nothing...
