We owe that to a number of details... For the décor first of all we have warm colours, subdued lighting, everything here is comfort and refinement. When the weather allows you will no doubt enjoy the pergola, with an outlook to the garden that the Chef used to use for his herbs, which explains the restaurant's name. As for the cuisine, Hervé Cottier used to work at Cercle de la Marine in Paris and his experience of preparing fish is truly excellent. This demanding Chef offers traditional French cuisine, made of fresh and noble products, prepared with passion. His cuisine is authentic, just like the man himself and the attention he gives to each dish. The ideal gourmet menu is a discovery of simple cuisine, yet full of flavours, very generous and colourful. Let yourself be guided, this is an address we really like, in respect of traditions.
