Claire Pereira wlecomes you with a smile and she is also in charge of the impeccable service, while Grégory Pereira is in charge of the kitchen in this beautiful establishment. He was recently noticed and promoted as Gault Millau Young Talent, a well deserved title since this young Chef allows tradition to live on here, adding the personal touch he developed while working in other restaurants. His cuisine is generous, it respects the nature of products and they are in turn very carefully chosen.
