No doubt about it, a new wind is blowing at the Domaine des Séquoias!
Laurent Thomas’ establishment, located in a beautiful 19th century building, hidden in a parc full of old sequoia trees, has changed hands.
The décor is still the same, and that is lucky... two large and luminous dining rooms, very comfortable, will welcome you and above all offer you a unique view out to the park.
The change, as you will have guessed, is to be found in the kitchen. We now find Eric Jambon here, one of Paul Bocuse’s pupils. His classic cuisine follows the seasons, is full of new flavours and is sometimes served with generous sauces. It will no doubt please the regulars of the place. But beware, only the appareances are classic, the cuisine is really delicate, balanced and precious.
As for what to drink with the Chef’s creations, well sommelier Florent Chouvel is there to give you the best possible advice.
When the weather allows, you will be able to discover another of the establishment’s major assets: the terrace and its wonderful view to the pool below, and to the 5 hectare park, ideal for a quiet and relaxed moment of gourmet sensations.
The welcome is warm, the place exceptional, let’s add to that an ideal gourmet menu with the Chef’s specialties, enabling you to share his passion and his talent!
